For a small appetite

Point it at the menu.
It tells you what to order.

You can only eat this much. Koala says whether it's worth it, and whether it protects your muscle. Point it at a menu or a label and get one answer in plain words. No logging, ever.

How it works

One question, answered at the table and in the aisle.

Is this worth the few bites I have, and does it protect my muscle?

1

Point it at the menu

It reads the whole thing and picks the dish that gets you to your meal's protein in a portion you'll actually finish. Then it says why.

2

Scan anything in the aisle

One scan: grams for calories, how much of a meal's protein it covers, and a plain "Worth it" or not. No label math.

3

Your week, covered or not

Mark the few things you actually eat and it says, in one sentence, whether your muscle is covered this week. No diary.

Your number

One number a meal, sized to your appetite.

Everyone says protein first. Nobody says how, when you're full after six bites. A short setup asks how much you can honestly eat at a meal and where you are with it, then sets a target you can actually reach and splits it across your meals.

It never counts calories at you. It only says what the bites you do eat are buying.

On a bad day

Nothing sounds good? Start here.

Greasy things, very sweet things, eggs, red meat, whatever it is this week. Tell the app what you can't face right now and every menu pick and every swap steers round it.

The Easy page is for the day nothing sounds good: a handful of things that still count, chosen round what you can face.

Never a dead end

More protein for the bites.

When something isn't worth it, you get swaps from the same shelf with more protein for fewer calories. You leave the aisle with an answer instead of a warning.

Allergies are flagged on sight. Anything you said you can't face is never the answer.

Why protein first

The weight you lose shouldn't be muscle.

Depending on the medication, a quarter to 40% of the weight lost on a GLP-1 can be muscle rather than fat. Enough protein and a little strength work are how you keep it. Koala is the protein part, made easy on a small appetite.
